Our Founder and Principal Consultant, James Sua is a Certified Golf Course Superintendent (CGCS) for 17 years with Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA).

He has been a Golf Course Maintenance Manager at National Service Resort & Country Club for 7 years, and 11 years as Golf Course Superintendent overseeing the maintenance of 27 holes and a Par 3, 9 holes course, with the utilization of more than 120,000 pax per year since the opening of the club in 1994.

He had hosted Singapore Amateur Open in 1995 and 1996; Merlion Open in 1997; and Ercisson Singapore Open in 1998.

He also teaches at National Parks Board, Singapore in Certificate in Turf Management, and Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore in Diploma in Horticulture and Landscape Management in Turf Management since 2002 and 2006 respectively. 

He has been a guest speakers for various associations in Asia Pacific Region.
